MORE SERVICES
Meal Service: We will accompany the client from their apartment to and from the dining room or deliver their meal to them.
Escort Service: We will escort the client in the building from Point A to Point B and back. This does not include staying with client.
Light Housekeeping: Assist the client with keeping their apartment clean. Dishes, bathroom cleaning, straightening of the living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. This includes making the bed and if necessary changing the linen. Trash removal.
Walking Program: A staff member will walk with the client inside or out doors. This insures that the client is moving and keeping muscle toned and allows for client to get sunshine and clean air. Clients in a wheelchair are encouraged to go outside for a bit also.
Incontinent Care: Occasional or daily incontinent care is provided by our staff. Some clients prefer predetermined times while others call as needed.
Personal Laundry: A staff member will collect the laundry from client’s apartment, wash, dry and fold all items. Items will be returned to the client’s apartment and put away in their proper places. If their items that should not be dried they will be hung appropriately in the clients rooms. These items should be identified by the client.
Medication Reminder: Our staff will remind the client to take their medication at the appropriate time.
Companion Care: When one on one care is needed we will provide the appropriate staff member.
In Home Care: We will send the appropriate member of our staff to your home to assist with specific tasks or just to be there as a companion. During this time the staff member can help you with cleaning, laundry, showering and dressing, shopping, errands, animal care, bed changing and other tasks that are necessary to helping you maintain a clean and safe environment.
In Home Hospice Care: We work in partnership with the Hospice company to provide you and your family with the care and support needed during this end of life transition. Our staff is sensitive and compassionate.We have a team trained specifically for Hospice care. Finding it an honor to work with people during this important time their compassion and understanding has provided may clients and their loved ones the strength and peace to move through this time.
*We do require a two hour minimum.
